This was found at the garage sale next door to the one where the Craig Boyd album was discovered. Calvinistic Cartoons fan, Ludloe Bray, bought this for fifty cents and sent me the cover via email. Thanks Ludloe, and I will be sending you a five thousand dollar check for your trouble.
