Thanks to Mr. Winslow Schott who sent us this old toy set. We here at Calvinistic Cartoons were not aware of this product that sold in toy stores in the 1954. Even Mr. Eddings had no idea this had taken place. He told us he would travel back to 1953 and visit the creator of this marvelous work.

We Googled Mr. Schott's name and have decided not to send the usual $7,000 gift. We sent cookies instead.

Emergency Post!

I apologize to my readers and Blogger for making a mistake in time (see the post below), but my mistake could have messed up the space-time continuum. I quickly posted the above art to balance everything out. That's all it took. Don't think about it too much, I am a little confused myself. The scary thing is that I saw myself traveling back in time. I came within a few feet of having a head-on collision with my own Calvinistic Cartoonmobile!

This 1921 photo was sent in by Hagmyre Crumpetts of Pimento, Arizona. He discovered it while browsing the book sale at the local library. His discovery has earned him $7,000 and a book of coupons from the Dollar Tree.

A Civil Action

To celebrate our third year in blogdom, Corky and I decided to travel back to the Civil War and do a little preaching to both sides. We passed out Spurgeon sermons and Twizzlers. What a day! And we were back in time to watch the 10 O'Clock news.
